Exploration and Inhibition Test of Penicillium sp. In Vitro by Trichoderma

Abstract Penicillium is an entomopathogenic fungus which can be used as a bio-bactericidal. Its existence in nature found together with other microbes including Trichoderma, biocontrol agent that has the ability to damage cell walls of fungi due activity extracellular enzyme chitinase it produces. This study aims obtain potential isolates agents from vegetable growing fields and determine their response inhibition by Trichoderma esperellum vitro. On PDA-chloramphenicol media, suspension 10 4 dilution was inoculated containing sample soil crops isolated purified identified its species.
